Did you know the fifth anniversary is traditionally celebrated with gifts of wood?
neither did I.
We should have gone to Goodwood for dinner, but instead we went to The Melting Pot. We have always planned on going to The Roof at Temple Square for our fifth, but I begged and pleaded and pleaded and begged to go to The Melting Pot, and my sweet husband let me decide where to go.
It was our first time there and we enjoyed it immensely.
I am so lucky to have such a wonderful husband. I sure do love him! And I'm still amazed that after five years, we still make each other laugh.
Jason, thank you for your love and support, your listening ear, and your hard work so that I can stay home with our children. Thank you for being a loving and involved father. I'm so grateful that you caught my attention by saying "I'm not comfortable sharing things about myself" all those years ago!
