Juno turned 10 months old last Saturday--the day of the BYU-Utah game. If you aren't a fan of either school, you probably have absolutely no idea what kind of rivalry we are talking about. It's a whole 'nother level of college rivalry. It's scary sometimes (especially being a Cougar in a U-fan dense county)
So I thought it would be cute to take Juno's 10 month shot in her BYU onesie. This was her reaction to the game :( :( :( BOO.
Anyway, she is amazing. She can sit herself up from lying down and get on her hands and knees and rock. She sometimes tries to crawl but ends up face-planting. She can pull herself forward on her tummy and scoot herself backwards. She can pretty much get to whichever of her sisters' toys she wants! She's also bearing weight for long periods of time now. Yeah! That is really good for her hips. The more pressure she puts on her hip (now that it's in the right position), the better.
Her favorite thing to say is "Yeahyeahyeah", so we've started calling her Yeahyeah. She loves repeating sounds and blowing raspberries. Her sisters make her laugh hysterically. She is smiley and happy almost all the time.
She's lost some weight--down to about 11 pounds. We're trying to beef her up, but she doesn't have a big appetite, especially for fattening foods. She has a weight check on Monday, so we'll see if her doctor has any new tips for us. Since she's still meeting milestones and thriving, I'm not too concerned. The biggest problem with her weight is that I only have two pairs of pants that fit her. Everything else either fits in the waist but only comes to mid-calf, or is pants length and is about 6 inches too big in the waist. I think I'm going to have to resort to making her pants this winter!
We love Juno.
