SAHM

When I was in Joy School (20 years ago), our teacher asked us what we wanted to be when we grew up, and I said "A mommy, a doctor, and a firegirl." My mom says that I couldn't play with anything and not have it be a baby--even bottles of shampoo in the bathtub were wrapped in a washcloth and rocked.
So I have always wanted to be a mom.
I've been counting my blessings the last few weeks. Staying home with my kids is one of my most valued.
I'm so grateful that I am able to be with them through the good (Tempe telling me she loves me for no reason at all), the bad (screaming fights over plastic vegetables), and the ugly (Helena's neon green throwup all over her crib).
I sure do love 'em!

I am so with you on that. I remember telling people I wanted to be a mommy back when I was just a little little girl. I am so glad that sometimes dreams do come true.

It is great to just take a minute to reflect on the moment and appreciate what it is:) Thanks for the reminder!
