Time for more pudding pops!!
These were preeeeety good, but nowhere near as good as the raspberry white chocolate ones from last week. I really should have saved those for the end of the summer!
Anyway, these pudding pops come together with just a few ingredients: Lemon pudding + half-and-half + blueberries = yummy, creamy, refreshing, and perfect for summer. Just make the pudding according to directions, except substituting half-and-half for milk. Pour in molds, add frozen blueberries and use a knife to evenly distribute blueberries throughout. Add lids and freeze for at least 24 hours.
