Are you guys getting tired of my Disneyland posts yet? Probably not as tired as my husband is of listening to me!

I'm not gonna lie, Disneyland can be expensive. To save money, we drive instead of fly, and to save even more money, I stock our car with food so we don't have to buy breakfast or lunch on our long drive. I've been planning out our food for the drive, and I just found the perfect breakfast for in the car!

These Quaker Soft Baked Bar come in two flavors: Banana Nut Bread (mmm, that sounds so good!) and Cinnamon Pecan. Look at all those yummy layers! They're packed with real fruit and nuts and they are a wholesome food with 5g of fiber and 6g of protein--a great, substantial breakfast snack. Pair them with some fresh fruit and yogurt and it sounds like my kind of breakfast. I'm packing them for our car trip, so they're a great on-the-go snack, but for a real treat, you can warm them up in the microwave for a few seconds and eat them hot. Can you imagine waking up to that on a cold, rainy morning?? I am a pastry junkie, so these are right up my alley!

What flavor sounds good to you??

I eat these all the time for breakfast at work. They are great warmed up too. I like the cinnamon pecan. I haven't tried the Banana Nut bread one though. :)
